Project 2:  Creating Personnel Documents

This project contains progressively difficult material. The activities require creating an organization chart as well as making various changes to the chart’s setup. Students key several job descriptions designed to help them understand the functions of various positions within the company while they are applying different numbering and outlining schemes. Additional work on tables allows for the application of centering a table, rotating text within a table, and changing borders and shading. Practice in keying large documents, applying section breaks, and inserting page numbers is provided.
